1. Introduction
1.1. These General Business Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) are issued by Credit s.r.o, ID: 60464313, with its registered office at Nad Klikovkou 1524/11, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha, Czech Republic, email: credit.sro@seznam.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Host”).
1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Host and a natural person who makes a booking via the website www.marsyhome.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).
2. Booking Process
2.1. To make a booking, the Guest must first register an account on the marsyhome.cz website.
2.2. Once registered, the Guest can proceed to fill out the booking form for a selected rental property.
2.3. A waiting reservation becomes confirmed reservation only when the Guest completes the full payment and receives a reservation confirmation by email. If another Guest completes payment for the same dates while the property is under “Waiting”, the initial reservation will be canceled. The principle of “first paid, first booked” applies.
3. User Profile
3.1. Once a Guest registers an account on marsyhome.cz, a user profile is created. This profile includes details about the Guest and his/her waiting and confirmed reservations.
3.2. The user profile also includes a private message system, allowing the Guest to communicate directly with the property owner regarding any concerns, questions, or information related to the booking.
4. Payment
4.1. All payments for bookings made on marsyhome.cz must be processed through Stripe, an online payment processing service. Stripe’s security and privacy policy can be viewed here.
4.2. After the booking request has been submitted and the property is marked as “Waiting,” the Guest is required to make the payment in full to confirm the booking.
4.3. All payments are to be made in Czech Koruna (CZK).
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. The Guest may cancel the reservation up to 6 days before the start date of the reservation. In the case of such cancellation, the Guest will be refunded the full amount paid, less any fees charged by Stripe (which may vary) and any loss due to currency exchange differences between the time of payment and the time of refund. All payments and refunds are processed in Czech Koruna (CZK). Details of Stripe’s fees can be found at the following URL: Stripe Pricing.
5.2. If a cancellation is made less than 6 days before the start date of the reservation, no refund will be given.
6. Host’s Liability
6.1. The Host agrees to be liable for any damages caused by their actions and for which they will be charged in connection with their presence on marsyhome.cz. The Host agrees to reimburse these damages and expenses within the specified timeframe.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Host reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. The current Terms and Conditions are displayed on the marsyhome.cz website.
7.2. By registering an account and making a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions, understood their content, and agree to comply with them.
7.3. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 30.05.2023.
